Linear guide Compact Rail hardened rails - HA-CO Switzerland
Compact Rail
Compact Rail consists of: the fixed bearing rail F rail (Rollon T rail), the floating bearing rail L rail (Rollon U rail) and the compensation rail K rail. The rails can be combined with a wide variety of runners. They also allow self-aligning systems to be combined and thus have the possibility of compensating for misalignment errors in two directions.

Roller guide in hardened rails
One of our best-selling linear guide systems is the Compact Rail from Rollon. Very smooth running characteristics coupled with high load capacities. There are few products that are comparable.
(Fixed bearing) T-running rails: The fixed bearing rail is used for the main load absorption of radial and axial forces.
(Floating bearing) U-running rails: The floating bearing rail is used to absorb radial forces and, in combination with the fixed bearing rail or the compensation rail, as a support bearing for moments that occur.
(Fixed-/Floating bearing) K-running rails: The compensation rail is used for load absorption of radial and axial forces. In combination with the floating bearing rail, tolerance compensation can be implemented in two planes.
Performance characteristics

- Roller material: steel 100Cr6
- Rail raceways induction hardened and ground
- Rails and rotor body are galvanized as standard according to ISO 2081
- Rail material T and U rails in sizes 18 to 43: cold drawn rolling bearing steel C43F
- Rail material K-rails as well as T- and U-rails in the size 63: CF53
Notes
- The runners are equipped with rollers, which are alternately connected with both running surfaces. Markings on the carcase above the roller pins indicate the correct arrangement of the rollers to the external load.
- By simply adjusting the eccentric rollers, the slider is adjusted backlash-free or with the desired preload in the rail.
- For longer travels, the rails are available in assembled form
- The K-rails are not suitable for vertical installation. Screws of strength class 10.9 must be used.
- Please note the differences in the screw sizes
- For rail mounting, it must always be ensured that the fixing holes in the adjacent construction are sufficiently chamfered
- The general graphics show examples of N-runners
Remarks about the webshop
- Only the most common runners are included. For other models or roller pin designs, please inquire.
- The slides are also available in many other lengths and bore patterns. Also here we ask you to ask for the length accordingly when ordering.
- Stp. files of floating bearing or combi-bearing rails are available on request. Likewise if countersunk head rails or floating bearing runners are required.
